My toilets, sink, and tub kept getting stopped up n he said he could fix it but I was working from home and could not answer the door so I told him we can schedule a day I am off but he said he could fix from outside so I said ok. By the time he was done, I was on break and at that time I could not really tell if it worked but he said if I have any issues he will come back and take care of it and I have a warranty as well. Well, I tried contacting him to come back because I did not see a difference in anything so I wanted him to come to check it on the inside of the house. I tried setting up a date for him to come from June to August 30th telling him that he can come anytime my husband will be home but he said he will contact me or try and fit me in and still nothing. At this point October 27th I just hired someone else and lost out on 300.00. Just disappointed bc I did try work with him but it cost me in the end."
