"We had a 5" gutter and the guards were not affected because we have a large Maple tree.  The guy that came to do the work said that we needed a larger gutter due to the roof overhang.  He sold us a 6" heavier gauge metal.  In talking with other people, two other providers said that the gutters are larger and heavier than what we needed.  I feel like we didn't need these upgraded gutters that he sold to us.

He cleaned up very well.  We just didn't feel like this was a good cost for what we received."

"Two men arrived to clean the gutters. They were courteous and clear about the work to be done, needing only an outdoor faucet. They set to work quickly and were finished in about an hour. I bought a coupon for $125 worth of service. I did not know if there would be an additional cost. There wasn't, and I was given a recommendation to pay attention to some caulking that may have to be repaired in the future. There was no attempt to sell me anything extra. The grounds were clean; all the debris from the gutters were in a garbage bag. It was a very good experience for a first-time homeowner. I would use Gutter Giants for the next seasonal cleaning.
