"After 4 service visits and dealing with an arrogant manager named Dominic our Lennox furnace still has the same issue as we had from the 1st service call, plus they have the audacity to send us invoices for each call even though they failed to fix the problems. I provided photos of the thermostat showing the temperature of 63 degrees even though the heat is set to 69 degrees. They ignore your point when attempting to explain the issue and attempt to strongarm you with every excuse they can fabricate. In addition the 1st tech caused a gas leak in the furnace that Landis refused to accept responsibility. My gas was shut off for over 24 hours causing my indoor temperature to go to 42 degrees. I?m going to take IT Landis to court and sue for damages, etc?PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM"

"About 8 years ago I used Fantes to install 3 new HVAC systems in my home. Original work was ok but not great. They sent out a more experienced technician to fix install issues. I then set up a maintenance agreement with them for yearly mainetance for the first 4 years they did a good job. Over the last two years the pricing and quality of service including customer service has deteriated signficantly....I think new owners. Last year I negotiated a yearly service contract and had a couple of very bad experiences where they recommended "needed work" and priced way over market value. Beware of yearly service contracts...They use this as a vehicle for selling you services at premium prices. When I decided to go with a different HVAC service provided I called to ask a prorated refund for the money I had paid for the service contract and they refused to refund me."

I gave her the specs of the unit & she calmly took notes for the technician. Jimmy texted on his way, arrived timely & had all the necessary parts stocked in the truck! He completed the changeout in record time & accepted credit card payment. The entire process couldn't have went any smoother! The new Zoeller unit runs so quiet, I don't hear it at all in the house. After seeing the shooting plume of water, I informed Craig the SM & his followup exceeded my expectations. Great team to work with; excellent service, fair price! Ten Stars!"
