"The original quote for my project from Design Fencing was several hundreds of dollars higher than I liked, but Michael, their salesman, worked with me on lowering the price to my satisfaction. He sent me frequent updates and texts asking if I had made my decision in choosing a fencing company. He didn't pressure me, but he was persistent in his communication, which greatly impressed me. He sent me a link to check out his company's positive reviews, and he also discussed with me his company's warranty policy. Michael told me that the fence would be put up three to six weeks later, which was fine with me. I gave a deposit of $540 dollars, with the rest to be paid by check or credit card (with a fee) for the job's completion. The day of the installation, it was completed quickly and efficiently in about three hours. Anthony, the foreman, and his crew cleaned up and took away an old gate that had been up before that was replaced with a new gate. I recommend them without hesitation."

They cut away any additional branches that would interfere with the installation. They were so polite and courteous the entire process. I got the guys waters and snacks (just my way of thanking them) and they cleaned up everything. "My experience was mediocre at best with this company. They were very good with starting the work. Towards the end of completion, they had one day that was a no show. I had to call to find out they couldn't come that day. I preferred to get a call from them rather having to follow up myself. The windows they installs were done incorrectly. Water stated to leak into the house and ruined the brand new sheetrock I installed. I would recommend this company for small jobs. They may try to cut corners if you dont keep an eye on them."

"The office worked with me as I have an old white aluminum fence. The workers were very prompt and exceeded my expectations for balancing a gate that was badly askew. We could not locate white hinges so they painted the black ones for me. Both gates were balanced perfectly and the front one was raised to accommodate a new walkway.
