We couldn't find anything wrong with our dryer so I called Captain Clean to have them come out and inspect and clean our dryer vent. Gary found that the vent pipe was plugged and he needed every tool he had to remove the blockage. It took longer than expected because of the blockage which increased the cost. Seeing that plugged dryer vents are a leading cause of house fires and I didn't have to crawl into the crawl space to clean this, I feel this was money well spent. <br /> You will find less expensive companies but you really get the service you pay for. Gary didn't rush through anything, provided top notch service, was extremely thorough, cleaned up after himself and his work showed he is a true professional. <br />"

"They come twice a year to check the equipment - once for heating and once for air conditioning. They haven't been here for air conditioning yet this season. They came last Fall for the heating. It's a twice a year thing, so they choose when to come, not me. They come when they say they're gonna come. They took the panel off and vacuumed, cleaned and check the ignition, and all. Very good.  They call to schedule, I don't arrange the work with them. They are very professional, clean up after themselves, very friendly people."

"They did really good work. They were quick and efficient. We haven't gotten the bill yet so we don't know how that is going to work out. The only issue we had was that we have an older home with plaster walls and they forgot they needed a special bit so the work was delayed. When they got the bit ordered it was defective. They should have anticipated that when they did the estimate. They saw the house and saw that it was plaster. They were very thorough and did a good job. They did a good job of cleaning up. We would probably use them again. They are not the worst contractor we have dealt with."
