My difficult = hard work landscaping project was completed exactly how i had dreamed it would turn out - but, even better. Honesty, kindness with human respect, communication (wanting to make sure everything was exactly the way i wanted it done.) They even uplifted my spirits to a height that i was beaming all day & after they left & onto the next day. The 3- young men are strong, full of energy & perfectionist. Their work ethics can only be described as "supreme." I am so pleased that they are young, because i intend on having them in my life for many, many more projects. They told me, "don't worry will take good care of you, everything will be just the way you want it, but, even better." "Everything went well. Gary and his crew were great! They all treated me with respect and worked very hard. We're extremely happy with the deck. There are a few rough spots that I would've liked to get fixed, but what was done had to be done I guess. The only real problem I had, was the owner. I messaged him to see if the cosmetic repairs could be fixed. He bypassed everything I told him and made an excuse for the decks cosmetics. And questioned why I was calling 2 weeks later and complaining. Well we don't sit there 24/7. And of course sitting there, you notice little things that are imperfect. Yes, I did agree when I t was completed, to do an inspection myself, but again, you notice more, when you are actually sitting there. He did however, agree to fix what was wrong. However, I never received a warranty nor a written guarantee, for a $16,000 deck. If we need construction again, I would recommend asking for Gary and his crew, to do the job!! !"

"I will use McNeely Construction for all of my home improvement needs! I had a leak in my roof that caused damage to the ceiling in my bedroom. I called five companies and explained the situation and requested bids. A couple were in my range, but I thought I would try one more, and I am so glad I did! They were the only ones to offer to tarp or temporarily patch the hole until the work began – that was the first clue that I was dealing with a company that puts their customers first. The estimator, Brandon, was at my house on time and he was able to answer all of my questions. I didn’t feel any pressure to sign a contract, but I did because of the amazing customer service and the price was right. Six days later, I had a new roof and it looks fabulous! The ladies in the office, Sheri and Janelle, kept in constant contact with me before and after the job. The next day, I had a neighbor ask me who I used because they loved the new roof and needed theirs replaced. I did not hesitate to give them the number for McNeely. I will refer all of my friends and family in the future. .... My next project is siding! I can't wait!"

Izabella came to our project with wonderful suggestions, from the overall design down to the smallest details.
