Jake kept excellent communication with me while we were planning the project. My work hours are crazy, so he had to do some careful time management to fit me in. He worked with my ridiculous schedule, and was able to arrange a time convenient for me. Once we settled on a plan of action, Jake took care of everything! He let me know before he was going to arrive. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He started work immediately! Throughout the project, Jake checked in with me periodically to ensure that I was satisfied with the progress, and he even took the time to offer suggestions I had not thought of to improve the landscape. He worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. When he was done with the yard, I was at a loss of words to describe the work! I think I said "wow" about a dozen times. It doesn't even look like the same yard! His price was MORE than reasonable, and I really could not be happier with the work or with the experience. In this era of increasingly poor work ethic and corner-cutting, it is nice to know that there is at least one company I can rely on for professionalism, thoroughness, quality, and COURTESY.
