"The tech was on time and very knowledgeable. He had to isolate and repair a short circuit that could have been in any 1 of 8 exterior fixtures. There was no existing schematic drawings of how the circuits were wired up so the tech had to test each fixture individually which required a lot of walking since the fixtures were scattered in a parking lot. Once he had determined the faulty unit, he was able to take it out of the loop and return the remaining 7 units to service. Just as a favor he replaced a burned out bulb in 1 of the units which was a big help since the fixture head was about 25 ft. overhead and it would have required the rental of a boom lift just to change the bulb. Excellent work at a very reasonable price."
