"We hired them to perimeter fence our farm with no climb horse wire with wood on top. Approximately 7 acres of that type of fence. We also have a 13 acre pasture that we wanted fenced in RAMM flex fence. I specifically asked if they had experience with RAMM because it works on a tension system and needs to be installed specifically according to the manufacturer. Melanie said they did have experience with it and it would be no problem. While the crew did a good job on the perimeter fencing, they had no idea what they were doing with the RAMM fencing. They didn't brace corners/gates properly, and I had to hire another company to uninstall and reinstall what was messed up. And when I went to pay Melanie the final payment, there was an additional $4000+ added to her original quote. She said she had missed 200 feet of fencing when she did the estimate."

"The soffit repair went as expected with no surprise.  The garage side door frame was repaired properly.  The door hinges were not mounted properly and caused a large gap in the door seal.  This was "fixed" by putting in a weatherstrip.  The hinges should have been installed properly and all would be well.  The door can be closed but is very tight against the latch.   I will remount the hinges when i have the time.  I would use their services again.

They definitely needed more than 2 guys for the job because my yard is quite large and has lots of obstacles, so it took 3x longer than he kept saying, and a bit of damage was done to the landscaping, irrigation and lighting in the yard. Which I think could’ve been planned for better if the owner had come look for himself. BUT— I’m still happy with the work because everything got done quickly for how challenging it was and it looks great."
