First their team arrived on time and they were prepared to get to work upon their arrival. Their service delivery was most professional, and they were very courteous of my property and flexible when it came time for me to let the dogs out. They truly listened to what was important to me and delivered on their promises! They explained to me the timeframe of how long it would take and sure enough they lived up to their word on that as well. The prices were comparable with other fencing companies however, what made them stand out was not only their outstanding customer centered service, but their prices Were better at the end of the day. I’ve had lawn pro after lawn pro come out and all tell me the same thing, “whoever installed your sod didn’t do a good job, the sod is of very poor quality”. "Pools by John Clarkson is a high-quality organization that provides great reliable services. They are hardworking, honest and fully transparent during the entire process. I contracted PBJC to build a commercial size pool inside a building to include a state of art mechanical room. This was a complex project. From Michael's project oversight to Emily's technical oversight and Don's operations oversight, the project was a huge success. We have been open for 4 months. We have approximately 800 children for which we currently are teaching water safety and swim lessons. With this type of volume, it requires that the pool is highly functional. I am happy to report, we have had no issues keeping up with the demand. PBJC listened to us and advised us as to best pool and equipment for our needs. Our parents who trust in us to teach their children in a safe, healthy environment, are very happy with our pool and facility. I will definitely use PBJC on our next Goldfish Swim School. "I have dealt with Poolside Designs for over 2 years now. They are not a great company. Last year they replaced our pool lights and within 7 months those lights stopped working. Poolside Designs visited and determined the lights were indeed blown and would have to be replaced. There was some confusion as to whether this would be a warranty fix or not. I told their representative, Derek Dixon, we would be content getting a quote to fix the lights. He agreed & said he would have a quote that week. This was on 9/30. A month later he said he would have the quote the following week. When I asked on 12/1 if he had a price, he said he would get back to me on Monday. Since that time he has refused to reply to my emails and has not returned my calls. 12/1 -"Sorry. I called him again Monday. I asked him to work out a cash deal on the lights. I will have a number for you in the morning. " 12/13 - Hey Derek -Any updates on the lights/pricing? Thank You. He has never replied since."

"First, let me just say we are real customers. We live in Savannah, GA. and are getting a complete rear yard makeover that includes a 26 Ft. pool, spa and landscaping. Mr. Parker Coleman of Local Roots and his team are handling hardscape, pavers and excavating and leveling our rear yard. Unfortunately the builder didn’t do a good job. Parker leveled the yard personally and dropped a drain to help with proper drainage. Parker is a hands on owner operator who says what he does and does what he says. Parker is very reliable and honest. The employee that handles the majority of the hardscape and paver work is an artist. Very skillful paying strict attention to detail. Jeff and Trey are great too! I would recommend Local Roots to anyone needing yard design, hardscape and paver work and I’m presently looking around for other jobs they might do at our home. Cant say enough good things about them. Forever thankful."
