"Brad was a true professional. After his diagnosis of the issues, he clearly laid out his plan and what needed to be done to install our new outlets. He provided price options for other improvements we could make. During the project, he had to fish through our fireplace and walls, and did so very carefully. For the holes needed for the fishing, he patched up perfectly. We now have an outlet on our stone fireplace (for a mounted tv) and another for gaming consoles and other peripherals. Before leaving, he provided a list of other services and home improvements to keep in mind, which was great since we just moved in to a new home a couple weeks ago. Explains in language I can understand. I called GEN 3 for what I believed to be an electrical problem that resulted in my central air not working. Dave was able to determine the problem, and fixed the problem. In addition, Dave advised me that there was other electrical issues that needed immediate attention. Those issues were also resolved, by installing a new 100 AMP Grounding System. I feel better, feel safer, as a result of Dave’s visit. He is a very valuable GEN 3 employee."
