"The representative came out and assessed the situation.  Then he told us honestly that the company could not complete the repairs as the drive was too badly damaged for repair; it would need to be replaced.  Their company does not do replacement work, just repairs, so we had no further contact.  We appreciated their honesty. <br />"

"the roof replacement took one day total. the crew was very professional and very kindly endured my walking around, taking pictures and asking questions. I would hire Coors Remodeling again for any of my construction needs. Highly recommend them!"

"Hard worker and great handyman! I hire Lee on a regular basis to perform odd jobs and handyman services around my house. Not only does he do an absolutely fantastic job, but his prices are extremely reasonable. Lee can pretty much do anything and has done several jobs for me including painting my bathroom, replacing my bath tub drain, patching drywall, building custom sliding pantry shelves, and much more. No job is too small! Highly suggest!"

"This was the second time they have done our deck, and as usual, an awesome job!! Always here when they say they will be. Extremely professional! Good price and beautiful job! Lasts way longer than the high dollar stuff we put on from Menards!! We powerwash it first, so they're ready to go when they get here, so that saves us some $$. Also, we have a problem with carpenter bees on our porch cedar posts. One of the guys suggested we try a carpenter bee trap. We ordered one thru Amazon, and IT WORKS!!! We've tried all kinds of things, but this works!! Thanks SO much for the tip!"

"<p>The contractor showed up on time to look at the work.  The contractor indicated submitting a proposal via email for the work over the weekend, but it wasn't received until sometime mid the next week around 8/26 due to some family conflicts.  The proposals were complete as promised and the pricing was within our budget.  I immediately responded requesting a date to start.</p> <p>I never received a response to the email.  I sent a text the same day and the contractor responded he would look at it later.  I sent another text the next day after not hearing anything back, and finally received a response 2-days later that he had two big jobs that has snowballed into more work.  He indicated right now it would be about a month and a half.</p> <p>So I responded on 8/28 and ask if he could commit to a 10/12 start which would be about a month and a half.</p> <p>His response on 8/28 was he may be out of town that week but would look at the calendar over the weekend and give me a firm date to start.</p> <p>On 8/31 (the last time I heard from this contractor) was "I am waiting to hear back from someone then I'll be able to give you a start date."</p> <p>We lost all confidence in this contractor and decided to seek other pricing.  </p> <p>The proposal on the next contractor was higher and out of our budget.  Since we had the proposals broke up in 3 phases, we were able to still have 2 of the most important phases completed under budget and maybe come back to the 3rd phase.  Most importantly we now have a cense of confidence starting out with a contractor we trust will provide us a good job.</p> <br />"

"Did a great job! I had talked to other concrete businesses, and one could come out to give me an estimate in 2 weeks, and the other in 6 weeks! AAA had me send some photos (I live about an hour away) and said they could do the job the following week. The job was all completed exactly one week after I first called! Front stoop is now all on one level and looks much, much better. One side of the driveway required several mudjacking attempts, but they finally got it raised. Now the driveway is high enough that one can step easily from the driveway to the stoop, and I won't need to add a stair step somewhere, as I originally thought, which will save me some time and money. They put caulking between the sections of the stoop afterwards, and repaired some footing that fractured in the process, and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. David is very good about talking with the customer about options, suggestions, etc. Prices are reasonable, and much more affordable than other options. Would highly recommend AAA Mudjackers."

"Expert House Movers brought a crew of 6-8 & came in late August 2013 to start the process of raising & moving the house.  My husband had done all the prep work of disconnecting the utilities & removing the furnace, etc. They dug access ramps to the old foundation/basement with bobcats.  They poked good sized holes around the foundation so they could put in steel beams and jack up the house.  Our foundation was from 1917 & built from old creek gravel cement, so it was pretty tough.  It took three & half days to jack the house & move it over the driveway.  It seemed really fast to me.  The only thing to fall in the house was a picture off the piano.  We still had access to the house through a tall ladder to get clothes, etc. that we needed. <br /> We took over the process of arranging excavation, concrete pouring, and carpenters with more local contractors.  Expert does have concrete people & others they use in the St Louis area that know exactly the requirements needed for the new foundation. <br /> After the basement was poured & cured (curing takes about 3-4 weeks), Expert returned in October 2013 to move & set the house.  They had been in contact with the concrete man for specifications, but there were no slots for the beams when setting the house down.  A concrete worker had to come & cut those slots.  We had a carpenter on hand to finish the sill installment & make sure the sills for the permanent beams was correct & set the support posts in the basement.  We also had a friend's tractor help Expert's bobcat pull the house back over the foundation.  While all this was going on, Expert was jacking and moving supports & placing slider beams & raising & lowering the house.  The process was complete in about 2 1/2 days with care & precision.  Some of the cracks in our house even disappeared.  Great job guys. <br /> Our carpenters returned to build a staircase & some other requirements.  We are working on re-connecting utilities & returning the furnace, water heater, etc. to the new basement.  We plan to move back into the house in the first week or so in November 2013.  It's been a long process, but well worth it.  Made possible by Expert House Movers! <br />"

"KS Contracting was quick to schedule the work and completed it in a very professional manner.  They arrived when they said they would, and they didn't leave until the work was completed to both our satisfaction and theirs.  They were very deliberate, and conscientious in everything they did, keeping both their safety and the safety of the public in mind at all times.  They always left everything cleaned up, each time they left at the end of the day's work."

FAQs for concrete flatwork repair & resurface projects in Buck-creek, IN

When evaluating whether patching can address your concrete blemishes, it’s important to assess the extent of the damage. Minor issues such as small cracks or chipped areas may be effectively repaired with patching techniques that restore the surface’s appearance. However, if you notice widespread deterioration, significant cracks, or structural weakening, resurfacing is recommended as a more durable, long‑term solution. A thorough evaluation by a concrete specialist can help determine the best course of action for restoring your concrete to its optimal condition.

The optimal time to resurface your concrete driveway is late spring. This period benefits from warm temperatures and softened ground conditions following winter’s freeze‑thaw cycles, ensuring that the new overlay bonds securely and matures to a durable finish. Resurfacing at this time also enhances your property's safety and curb appeal. Engage a concrete professional to schedule your project during this ideal season.
