"If you call this company up ask for Patrick - he was great to work with. Always quick to respond to questions we had and he is very educated about roofing and the industry. The crew that did the work was great. They estimated it to be a 1-2 day project and it ended up taking 2 days. I was really impressed with the cleanup. I was worried about nails in the yard because we have a couple of dogs and a riding lawn mower. They have these huge magnets they roll around in the yard that pick everything up. I only found a few nails by the gutter downspouts that drained from the gutters when it rained. Hire this company if you need a new roof."

"Very courteous, friendly, and professional staff... highly service-oriented.  Did an excellent job replacing all windows, including outside finishing.  The owner worked hard to make special supplier arrangements in order to custom-match our interior color scheme.  Owner also did extra work in dealing with the materials vendor - who was not his usual supplier - when that vendor initially sent wrong-sized windows (supplier's error).  The installation crew did a good job of clean-up following actual installation.  Our only recommendation for improvement would be to ensure more timely follow-up; on several occasions, we had to initiate scheduling and/or status reporting from our end.  But that said, it's clear that customer service and excellent workmanship at fair pricing are top priorities for this company.

"Awesome! HIGHLY recommend! Rick came to my home for an estimate. He arrived promptly and he gave me a lot of good information which helped me make a decision. He educated me about what to look for in windows as well as what set Home Improvement apart from other vendors. The in-home visit was followed by a trip to their showroom to see the full size window. Installation day was excellent. They arrived on time, started work promptly and completed the installation of three windows in a few hours. They were very respectful of my home and my pets. Their clean up was spot on both inside and outside. Owner Matt was on-site and available for most of the job. Follow up after the installation was excellent. I think one hallmark of an outstanding company is not only how well they do the work but also how well they respond to a problem. There was an issue with one of the windows and it was resolved promptly and very satisfactorily. If you are considering window replacement, give Matt and Rick a call. Excellent service. "It went very well. Most of the limbs were over buildings on the property, and the crew was careful not to let any of the cut limbs damage my roofs. They cleaned up better than I would have expected. Nicolas even went out of his way to blow out my gutters, as he saw me struggling with that unrelated job."

"The installers called me to set up an installation time and called again when they were on their way. As soon as they arrived, they hit the ground running. The installation took two days in the middle of winter and the house stayed much warmer than we expected. Old windows were removed and new ones installed very quickly. The trim work exceeded our expectations. One window pane was broken on delivery so the window was installed and a new sash was ordered immediately. Bee returned as soon as it came in to swap out the sash. James and Brad installed both the windows and an entry door and did an excellent job. We had previously used Bee window for a sliding glass door. The door is 10 years old and still looks new - and doesn't leak. We would definitely use Bee again.
