"George and his crew just completed laying new underlayment on our clay tile roof. They did a fantastic job and we highly recommend him for any job! We have a 26 yr old, 2300 sq ft home, which had the original underlayment. After a leak, we contacted 3 contractors for estimates. George responded immediately and came out the next day. Our initial impression was he is honest and we weren't wrong. He didn't add all the unnecessary fluff the other guys wanted to add for a higher profit and came in at thousands below the other 2 bids. After we hired him he came back out to tarp the leak before it rained and until he could get the work done. I believe it was within 2 weeks from the initial contact until he got his crew out here. They were professional, thorough, clean, and fast. It took 2 days to complete our roof. There were no hidden fees and needing to fix or replace anything that didn't need fixing or replaced to increase profit. George's communication throughout the project was excellent. He provided updates, professional advice, and recommended a contractor to repair the drywall damage. We were extremely happy with the drywall repair and cost. They coated my roof, replaced the damaged fascia board, repaired part of the roof, and replaced a leaking rain gutter that had caused the fascia damage. "What we appreciated most about ON THE SPOT was that when Austin, the owner, came out the first time, after he personally checked the roof he gave us a full report. He even offered to replace two skylights free of charge, which were in bad shape (but we didn't know that). We had another company come out for a 2nd estimate. One large white man stayed on the ground in his truck but sent the Spanish worker up on the roof. When he came down all he did was give the measurements of the roof. No other information about the condition or broken skylight or cracks around the AC. By the way, they gave a cheaper quote but it turned out they were only going to put down a plastic coat and no foam. That's why we chose ON THE SPOT. What's more Austin, the Boss, returned all phone calls promptly in person, unheard of today. The company did the work in record time and cleaned up nicely. We are very happy as the foam roof will make our AC 30%-40% more efficient. Only one thing confused us. Because we chose from Home Advisor website we read we were getting a 15% discount. We did not.
