"I ultimately decided to go with natural grass rather than synthetic. However, the reason I wanted to write this review for Synlawn is due to their over the top style of customer service. Dean knew that I was struggling with the decision whether to go natural or synthetic and never hassled me or pressured me into making a decision. He provided all of the information I asked for and always responded to my questions. I definitely would've chosen Synlawn to do that work, not simply due to their pricing (which was fantastic), but because of the way Dean handled my indecision. He was extremely patient and even when I finally chose to go in another direction, he honestly thanked me for giving him a shot at the work and was very understanding of my decision. No patronizing claims that I was making the wrong decision. If you're thinking about installing synthetic grass - give Dean a call. You will be making a smart decision to hire this professional."

"I hired this company but I am awaiting approval from the HOA for completion of the paver installation. However, I do want to state that Art is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions with any concerns I had about this project. He is customer friendly and very easy to work with. Also, the price that he quoted for the project was very reasonable. UPDATE: Following the HOA approval for the paver installation, Art and his crew were able to complete the installation of the driveway extension and the additional paver installation for my garbage cans placement, and to update the area surrounding the backyard grass. Their work was impeccable and I love the way it looks! The crew was very professional and ensured that all materials were cleared and hauled away.
