"These people are nothing but rotten no good theives. Chris took a down payment of $2100 from my parents to get materials for a fence 2 months ago, now he will not come do the work. They have called him and every time he says he will be there a specific day he never shows up. My parents asked for their money back since Chris obviously wasn’t going to do the job and he said no. If you want your work to actually get done and not be screwed over go with another company. GFY Chris"

They did a great job. They were here every morning at the time they gave me. They were polite and friendly, respectful of our property and moved all the furniture back in place. The day after they finished, Carlos and Rudy had to stop by to pick up some knee protectors they left and Carlos helped me hang several things that were hard for me to manage. In addition, I feel that the price Scott quoted was very reasonable. After the initial estimate visit, he kept in touch about the start date and everything went very smoothly. This is the second time we've used Flawless; 3 years ago they painted all of our exterior trim, deck and porch and once again, did a great job. Several weeks later after a back and forth with my insurance company I was able to get the bathroom and ceiling repaired! Enter my friends at BDM Residential Remodeling They came in, found all of the trouble especially after the insurance adjuster didn’t even look up into the ceiling and worked with me to fix all of the previous problems and give me a bathroom that’s magazine ready! Bret Mellen Jennifer Reisman Slutzky and the entire BDM team were easy to work with, professional and went out of their way to listen to me and give me the bathroom of my dreams.
