All of the people were nice and friendly from the salesperson, estimator, site foreman and workers. They came highly recommended and after getting multiple estimates they were $2,000 cheaper than all the others. Would recommend and use them again in the future."

They came out, were able to quickly spot the problem from outside before even going up on my two story house to take a look. "This is the second house we've had a roof replaced by The Roofing Dog. This time we only needed an attached garage re-roofed. They did not try to sell me a re-roof for the whole house even though it could've used it. I only wanted the garage done, and that's all they did. Great job on the installation and the customer service. They recommended a saddle be installed in the roof behind a chimney, and no other roofer had done this during the 40 year life of the house. They even offered to let us throw some of our trash into their dumpster. They also replaced one piece of gutter and downspout, and that was fantastic as well. Very happy with The Dog on both roofs they've done for us."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
