"Extremely professional, courteous, & attentive to detail. They worked efficiently, using their time well & completing the job in a timely manner. I appreciated that they alerted me to several broken seals on my windows, which my condo association will repair. I won t hesitate to recommend Lucky Window Services and will definitely use them again."

"?Exceptional, Trustworthy, and Efficient ? Highly Recommend Tricia! ?If you are looking for a house cleaner who is reliable, professional, and incredibly efficient, look no further than Tricia. She cleaned my home for over two years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. ?Tricia?s work ethic is unmatched. Her standard rate for my home was $150 for a 2-hour clean, and she worth every single penny. It is amazing how much she can accomplish in that window; she walks through the door and gets right to work, leaving the entire house absolutely spotless and refreshed every single time. ?Beyond her incredible speed and attention to detail, Tricia is completely trustworthy, dependable, and a pleasure to have around. Finding someone you can rely on consistently for over two years is rare, and she truly sets the bar high. ?If you have the chance to hire her, do it! You won?t be disappointed."

"I'm thrilled with the painting job on our house! The painters were extremely efficient, covering every window , bushes, the deck, etc. Not a drop of paint anywhere except on the house and garage. They were careful not to paint when it was raining or wood was still damp. They did it in the time frame they quoted and the house looks like new -it's beautiful!! I highly recommend them for any painting job and will hire them for the inside of the house. Also they were very friendly!I I'm so happy I found them on Angi as didn't know whom to hire"

"Great service. Prompt, professional, and punctual. Will hire again."

"We hired Jessie to deep clean our house as we reclaim residency after renting it for 3 years. While our tenants took good care of the house, it was not as clean as we needed it to be. Jessie did a wonderful job of scrubbing baseboards, windowsills, floors, etc. We have been able to paint without wiping off surfaces. I highly recommend TC Performance Cleaning!"

"Sarah is a powerhouse. She did an incredible amount of work and she did it well and she did it efficiently. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about having any sort of cleaning job done. She really went the extra mile and I just can't say enough good about her."

"Project was for cleaning inside and out only. Hired this group to clean Windows . They were incredible. Did inside and out . Have never had windows done so well. They even scraped old paint from the initial build . These windows shine. They are worth every penny they charged . They are on my permanent list. And what a nice group of gentlemen . Sheryl C TC"

"We hired Grand Traverse Hauling on Saturday April 29, 2023 to help clean out our aunts home in Harbor Springs. Brenda and Elijah were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were extremely respectful and professional, not to mention friendly and compassionate. We shared many stories and laughs together. They are very reasonably priced. They came up from Traverse City to Harbor Springs. I definitely recommend them if you are in need of any type of trash removal. They donate when then can and they also recycle. Thank you again to Brenda and Elijah it was a pleasure working with you. Debbie S. Harbor Springs, MI"
