He made adjustments for materials he didn’t use and for things that he didn’t do. Tim kept us informed as to when members of his team would be showing up and the work they would be doing in advance so that we could plan accordingly. The subcontractors that he worked with, electrical, plumbing and tile, were very dependable also as to when they showed up and the quality of their work. "Subcontractors were mostly good, but management of them was lacking. I had to personally supervise them because the on site contractor rarely stayed very long. Told the trim finish crew to leave because they did not know how to install crown molding. Got another crew that knew what they were doing. They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."

"We were getting our home ready to sell but being we had it rented out a while we were unfamiliar with pricing in the area and thus got 3 quotes to do this work. All came back within about $5 of each other which we thought was high when we had only 1 quote in hand. As part of Troys quote he came out talked gave information and even gave me references for other work we had going to to prepare the home for sale. The work was not able to be completed all in 1 day, but when Troy came back he sent me images to show the outcome of the work. I would definitely use him again for my power washing if I lived in that area still."
