"Overall the project was fantastic, and Seth was great to work with. From taking the concept my wife had, Seth drew up a plan with everything she asked for, and we were able to scale back where needed for budgeting purposes, so he helped us rework from the original design to where we ultimately landed. Timing - he began on time, and finished early. Project lasted a total of 5 weeks. Budget - he was spot on to the original budget. We did make changes to some items, and he kept a running change list that was helpful to keep us on track. Team - The guys were amazing, and took exceptional pride in their work. I got to chat them up quite a bit, and they’ve been with Seth for many years - which was an awesome sign, because I’m guessing you don’t stay of things aren’t going well. They were here everyday from 7-3:30, and the few times that they weren’t, we had a heads up. We even got a heads up when it wouldn’t be the full crew. Communication - pretty sharp, zero complaints here. We knew what was going on, when it was happening, and Seth was here almost everyday for at least a period of time. Overall, they were great - and we will use them again for our front yard, hopefully sooner rather than later."

"Superb Work 5 stars Dave Brown’s Reliable Tree Service has done superb work for me for 20 years (& every year since 2007). I have a 60 x 100’ lot with 3 really big trees: an Italian Stone Pine (6 ft. diameter trunk), a Ficus that needs major thinning every year (3 ft. diameter trunk) & a Pittosporum tree (18-in diameter trunk). I also have 3 smaller trees. From the first day they worked for me, they have been punctual, work very hard and do a great job, including cleanup. They damage nothing, despite the very limited working area. As part of the quote process, Dave & I discuss how to protect the many vulnerable items – I protect or move some things in advance & his crew does the rest when they arrive. Dave is extremely easy to work with. The guys in his crew remain mostly the same from year to year & are friendly & competent. They're also licensed/insured/bonded, which is an absolute requirement for this sort of work. In addition to trimming my trees, they’ve done a fantastic job removing a 4th large tree (2 ft. dia.), big bushes & ivy; also installing pavers & areas of rock mulch, planting 3 citrus trees, stabilizing a wood fence, removing an above-ground spa, and more. Due to the great demand for Reliable’s work, sometimes it takes an extra call or so to schedule an appointment for Dave to come over & assess the work . . . so be patient. His office manager Hannah is friendly & helpful. I’m convinced that you could not find a better company. Before I found Reliable, I never rehired the same tree service twice due to serious problems (yes, they too were licensed & insured).
