Hello, I've noticed how difficult and frustrating it can be to hire someone to do a project, only to have them not follow it through to completion, or to just not show up at all, or to pass the blame of their mistakes to someone else. I started Wirth & Son Property Services because of all the incompetence and poor communication I've seen with service providers. I'll show up, do what I say I'm going to do, and keep communicating with you. Over the last several decades, I've completed a wide variety of home improvement projects, from footing to ridge, and everything in between. "Work performed well. Looks good. Will wait to see how it holds up to normal use. From what we understand the product is somewhat fragile (i.e. you're not supposed to sit bottles etc. on the edged of the tub, no suction cups on the walls, basically nothing is supposed to sit on the refinished areas, so where are you supposed to put your shower stuff??) Like I said, we will wait and see how it holds up over the next few years. Overall the two guys who came to do the work were great. Very nice and willing to explain everything in detail. They did very good work. You wouldn't even know the bathtub used to be blue."

"The staircase in our home had separated from the wall and the support under the stairs had been compromised. Jim was able to not only provide updated support to the staircase, he was also able to reposition the stairs to their original position. The stairs are now even more secure, while still looking completely original to the house. In addition, he repaired a broken railing.
All this work, which included having to go through a plaster wall, was cleaned up perfectly. I was extremley happy with the results and will definitely be using Jim again in the future.
