"Review for LeakMaster, A month after we moved into a house in 2016, the roof blew off. We had never experienced this before so we went to the Home Show hoping to find a roofer. We talked to Mike Seibold and found him sincere and honest. He told us he keeps the same crew all year; they are like a family. He came to the house and showed us a variety of roof possibilities and gave us addresses of some he had done. He was very accommodating and completed the new roof in record time even roofing the new sunroom to match the house so it looks like it was always part of the house. We were very happy with his work. In 2019, we put an addition on our daughter’s house and moved in with her. We had problems with the original contractor. The roof wasn’t installed correctly. It had been sloppily done, and was left unfinished. We had many leaks and rain water poured over our bay window like Niagara Falls. The water damaged some walls. We called Mike and he said the contractor had structured the roof incorrectly. Because it was leaking so badly, he repaired the roof quickly. No more leaks. Mike is easy to work with, on time, and careful about his job. He covers the shrubs and cleans up after the repair. He wants to do it right."

"The installation started great and ended better! Professional and courteous workers including the owner Matt. They showed up timely and on continuous days. We did not have any mess or noise complaints from the neighbors.

All siding that was removed was carefully replaced.

All mess was cleaned up before leaving.

One small problem was some adhesive that was spilled on a relatively new cement driveway. When notified, Bauers had someone scrub the area with a special detergent.

"I cannot say enough about what a great experience it has been to work with this company. From the communication, to the process, to the price. We needed a new roof for our home. Anthony, the owner, who is a very pleasant and likeable person, came to our house to perform the estimate. He didn’t try to dazzle us with how much he knows about roofing or imtimidate us with lingo we wouldn’t have any hope of understanding. Instead, my wife and I had a very nice discussion with him on what we needed, and Anthony laid out the plan for how it would go. When the big day came, the crew arrived right when they said they would, and courteously informed me of the plan for the day’s job. My wife and I both happened to have the day off so we were home for the entire roofing job. They covered up all of the windows, worked tirelessly throughout the day, and cleaned up perfectly afterward. Anthony came by a few days later to personally inspect the job his crew had done, and collect the final payment. Throughout the entire process, Anthony was very communicative and did everything he said he was going to do. I simpny cannot recommend WNY Roofing strongly enough.
