Kris O'Connor personally repaired the leak, and we then contracted with his company for a complete tear-off, trim, gutters, leaf guards, and a new roof on our shed. They have a large crew, all very professional and friendly, and they finished the entire job in just three days. Excellent price, top-quality work and materials, thorough clean-up! Also, the day after the project was completed and paid for, we noticed one small item that hadn't been finished. "During a conversion from a 2-family to a single-family home, the gas pipe to the dryer in the basement was overlooked and not connected to the gas lines associated with the remaining gas meter. Z&R connected the dryer to the gas line. They also removed a newer kitchen faucet from the 2nd floor kitchen sink and installed it onto the first floor kitchen sink. Additionally, the replaced the water shut-offs on the 2nd floor sink so that I could demo that sink and counter area entirely. They had the work done within a few hours. All of this was done 9 months ago, and I haven't had a single issue since then."

"I called Copper and Slate in mid July @ a leak in my slate roof and to replace a missing tile. I was also certain that there were some loose tiles that needed attention. They had installed snow guards on the roof previously. I spoke to a woman that said they would come out and do the job without an estimate ( I agreed ) since they had done work for me before. Almost 3 weeks passed ,, when I recieved a call saying they would come in 3 days to do the job. Rom and Anthony arrived on time and went to work immediately. Rom answered any questions I had thouroghly and was very informative. The job was done in three hours and they cleaned up any debris left over. It has rained since then and no leaks. Also, the loose tiles I had seen are re-secured."
