I’ve worked in commercial carpentry for 3 years with the union. Decided to switch to remodeling and worked for a company called Cortese Construction for the last 3 years. There I learned how to renovate both large and small kitchen and bathrooms. I can set cabinets, install LVP flooring, tile, hang and finish drywall, paint, install windows and doors, trim, and framing. I can work in the Erie and Niagara county areas.

"They were super clean, covering the countertops and where they cut the tiles on the floor or outside. Every tile is placed perfectly even the tiny pieces even though it's an irregular tile (handmade lookalike). The outer edges are all clean and neat, and they helped me with pros and cons where we had different options, and looked to maximize the tile and look of the project. He spent approximately 5 hours and was very reasonably priced. He did a great job replacing the holes in the wall and texturing the wall. Can't even tell it was repaired.
He was very professional, even putting down plastic and hanging plastic from the ceiling while working. There was no mess to clean up after him.
I was also very impressed that he went to Home Depot to get the floor molding that I needed and actually showed me the receipt to bill me for it. Most companies would charge a 50% markup and just include that cost in the service charge, but Jim didn't do that. I gave him an extra 20% on the home depot receipt just because I felt bad that he wasn't making any money off of it.
