The first technician that arrived did not have the correct sized equipment to clear the line. He contacted his co. and they called us back to re-schedule the next day. He discovered a split nut on the wall tube and replaced it. They did not charge us for that service call. The next afternoon a very pleasant young man returned with the correct equipment and cleared the line. We were charged for the cleaning( $96.00) and they waived the service call ($26.00) for not clearing the line at the initial appointment. I will always work with a company that makes things right when they make a mistake!"
