"had purchased a aircontioning unit from another company for years never worked for an entire summer. They insisted I needed my vents sealed that they were leaking. I called the home owner warranty that we have at my dad's home to get repairs done. They made some calls with no luck at first but the luck for me was them finding Glacier Air. Don came out checked the vent work stated he found only minor leaks I stated we better get them fixed, while this was going on Pitzer the company I purchased the unit from was there to again try to fix our unit he stated that he did not want to contradict Don but the leaks had to be big. Don went under the modular home and again found no major leaks but stated possibly not enough vent for the size of unit so we decided to add a jumper vent the next day and seal all leaks. Pitzer tech stated this should take care of the problem and he would check with us the next day. Don and his co partner came out to the home and performed the work stated above. When he turned the unit back on again hardley any air was coming through the vents he then asked what I would like for him to do, I stated that Pitzer keeps saying that they will not honor the warranty so go ahead. He spent some time troubleshooting and found that thee blower unit did not match up with the vent. When it was installed no air through the vents and when unmounted and pulled back where it did line up air came out like crazy! Thank goodness We still had the old blower so he re-installed that for us he would not charge me extra for the service, the home wqarranty denied the claim so I paid him. When the Pitzer tech called I explained what hapened and also let the owner of that company know. A few days later the unit was only blowing warm air, again Pitzer stated they would be charging me so since it was not fixed by them for 5 yrs I decided to have Glacier come out. He found that the Hard start was wired in incorrectly and he performed the repair. The unit again acted up so I called Glacier, he came out and found that either the air/freon was not flowing through the the pipes or filter correctly, he moved he unit away from the home, he felt it was to close, lengthened the pipe installed the new filter and the unit seems to be doing great. I am so thankful to find this company, they come right away,fair in price, are polite and knowledgeable! Thank you Glacier! Robert and Leslie Lough"

"It all went great, although they are a specialty shop, it takes a bit longer due to their custom work. That shouldn't be a problem with those that want quality work at a decent price. Great attention to detail to form my utters to look like the originals, only a bit larger, which is a plus."
