Roxanne Derby, the executive administrator, is a seasoned professional with attention to detail. During the whole process she stayed in touch with the repair from "tear off to installation". Along the way she provided numerous suggestions and improvements that helped us end up with a much better roof than the original builders installed. Her working with the "ins and outs" of dealing with our rigid home insurance company proved invaluable! We would definitely use this company again."

"I purchased the roof repair tune-up as I could see a few shingles had slipped. A few gentlemen came out to assess my roof and set an appointment to repair. The crew came out and patched my roof within an hour. They also found another area that needed repair and did that at the same time. The color on the shingles was a bit off and they mentioned that it would blend after a few months. Well it's after a few months and the color is now blending with the rest of the roof. Well worth their efforts and will use them again for any future repair or replacement. They also gave me a bit of advise on my roof that I was very appreciative. "Everything took about a month to complete because we had a lot of damage. But my house is way nicer than before. We picked a grey roof on a red brick house and it looks like a new place. So we decided to add in some new paint as well. The biggest compliment though, was our Project Manager Chris, he was so nice. He sat with us for hours while we picked colors. "It went great. It only took about 3 days, but the crew led by Clay worked around our schedules to keep any interference to a minimum. Cleaned up completely when done and never new they were there. After several good rainfalls, it such a relief not to see the wet spots on our ceiling tiles. Best part is about 3-4 weeks later they sent our a roof engineer to inspect the work. He saw a couple of spots that need some work and sent the crew back out to complete the work. Great company and great service"
