"I was initially very pleased with the completed work. However, within 6 months of work completed, the concrete on the 21 foot-long stone stairs, 2 stone planter beds, and 5 chop stone and concrete rings were all experiencing large cracks and were unstable. Detailed photos of the problems were sent to Eric Gonzalez. A worker was sent out to patch the concrete. Within the following six months, all of patches were broken, flagstone was loose and dangerous on the stairs, and the planters were falling apart. New photos were sent detailing the conditions. The same worker came out and stated they would completely tear down the work and rebuild. Efforts to get the manager and crew out to repair the work have been fruitless and Eric Gonzalez no longer responds to me call or messages."

"Elite Creations was very professional and handled everything we needed honestly. They fixed our landscape lighting and handled some electrical issues. They have followed up several times to make sure everything was working. I’d definitely hire them again."

"I reached out to Chris Martínez at Electrical Design Solutions for help with an electrical issue that a tenant reported at a rental property. Even though I reached out on a Sunday afternoon, Chris quickly replied and assured me that he could get to me within the next 1-2 days. Over the next day, Chris was in close communication so that I could coordinate the scheduling with the tenant. Chris and his team arrived on time and made quick work of the diagnosis and repair. The property was built in the 1950's so having the peace of mind knowing that experts completed the work was invaluable. I would definitely use Chris and his team at Electrical Design Solutions for all of my electrical work."

"Mike and I discussed a set price for materials and labor, then made an appointment for the same day, a Sunday. When he got here he checked everything out, made a plan and shared it with me before starting work. He even installed another outlet inside which wasn’t in the original plan, right under the wall light fixture that he used to feed the new wire. No charge. And made sure that the light was back in working order. I will definitely call him again for service!!!"

"The team was very professional, very quick and very precise with their work. Everything I wanted done was completed way quicker than I thought it would take and to a higher standard than I was hoping for. Not only that, the team trimmed other trees and bushes that were not originally part of the quote, free of charge. They showed me how to properly maintain them as I didn't know and they were not growing correctly. I am extremely grateful and I am looking to hire them again to re-landscape the rest of the front and back yards."

"David arrived as planned. He lacked one of the drill bits needed for the job so it took him longer than he and we had planned. We/he were able to borrow a bit from one of the community members. The residents are very pleased with the light/light install."

"Good, he had initially cancelled due to an ankle sprain, but rescheduled the following week and then offered a 10% discount on any repairs for the inconvenience.  Came out and made adjustments and repaired a leak.  He make recommendations on what could be done to improve the watering and said it wasn't anything urgent.  He followed up with a quote.  He seems honest and reasonable.  I am going to get the additional work done once we have some utility work done.  Will use him again, probably the best guy I have had to work on my sprinklers.

"Dagan Young responded quickly to my initial inquiry, scheduling an appointment to meet with me.  With a challenging front entrance I wanted his opinion on how to best light the area.  He made suggestions and explained the equipment he would use.  Dagan emailed me a written proposal that evening.  On the scheduled work day Dagan with his crew arrived on time, and completed the work on schedule, even accommodating changes I made midway through the job, and without a delay!  The crew was always professional and courteous.
I am very pleased with the my landscape lighting, and will recommend this company without reservation.
Thank you Dagan, Steve and Casey.
