We had some long delayed projects around our home: replacing brown shingle siding on a large and tall west facing wall (with Hardy Board for reducing fire risk), replacing five windows and putting in a long drain the foot of our driveway which constantly has caused flooding in our garage. I worked with Ben from the outset and gradually came to an agreement on the scope of work and the price (which kept coming down as we negotiated). I was going out of town so the actual work was delayed by my request for over a month but as soon as I returned, Ben called and the work was scheduled.
