"We had a crack in the grout of our tile floor which caused the floor to bulge upward. Grout Medic came out and removed the grout, reglued all the loose tiles and put in new grout. It looks great! Flat and blends right in with the existing grout. They also contacted us immediately when we asked for a quote. They got us on the schedule within a week. He suggested the best type/size of tile, grout color, edging etc. that would create the best look. He took his time and was very detail oriented. He did not take shortcuts or worry about the amount of time he had to spend on the project to make sure it was right. He was willing to negotiate his labor cost upfront and never tried to add additional labor cost even thought the project took a little longer than expected due circumstances beyond his control. He asked for half of the cost upfront and the other half only after the project was completed, inspected by me, and any issues resolved. I have other projects at the house in mind and plan to hire Emrah in the near future."
