"Hired Total Service Contracting for the labor portion of our remodel as we had gutted the room previously and wanted to purchase the bathroom items ourselves from multiple vendors. Had TSC do drywall changes, re-frame exterior door, install new tub/shower with wall tiles and glass doors, new toilet, new vanity/sink, new lights, new exhaust fan and new floor tile beyond bathroom to hall. "Extremely well. Brian went way beyond the scope of what I expected. He is knowledgeable and friendly. I had called another well driller to ask what it would cost to drop a new well and he quoted me a price. I call Blackwelder's (Brian) and asked the same thing... he quoted me a price but then said, "but before we do that we should..." Long story short. He saved my existing well did a bunch of pressure checking and parts replacement. When I got the bill I was amazed I thought it was going to be double that amount! Bottom line he saved my well, saved me money and educated me on several points at the same time. What a great experience."
