"After the 3rd patch on my existing roof, it was time to replace the roof. Got an estimate from local roofer who did the repair, and from FB. FB was significantly lower for what has a strip and replace on a simple 2 plane roof. The estimator worked with me as a truckdriver with limited home time to schedule his estimate with my home time. He was pleasant and professional. On day scheduled for the work to be done, the workers, and equipment arrived as promised. They started about 8am and was done by noon. Cleanup was well done, and the dumpster for debris was gone by that afternoon."

"I cannot say enough about this company and the employees! I was skeptical at first as one day this stranger walked into my yard were I was working and started trying to sell me his product. I was not interested at all in buying or repairing anything as I simply didn't have the money and I knew the size of the project would be costly. Thankfully I listened to what Lonnie had to say and he was so gracious when I started asking him in depth questions about his company and the Amish culture. He gave me some sites on the work they had recently done and once I took a tour in town, I was hooked! He did everything, all I had to do was make a few phone calls to the insurance company. Due to the weather and other projects that they had going on, it took about 2 months for my house to get started. Every time we thought they could begin, it snowed, but Lonnie kept me completely informed as to what was happening. (One day after the guys had started my house, it started snowing again, but these guys stayed until they got their day's work in, battling the freezing cold with wind and snow in their faces!) The 3 guys that did the work are amazing, I was sure they would fall off the roof they way they had to climb around up there, but they knew what they were doing! They were also fun to watch and you could tell they loved what they were doing and were a true team that cared about each other. My neighbor got a kick out of watching them throw tools up to each other (so they weren't going up and down the ladders) and they caught them in mid air! It was amazing to watch. But they were always professional and very safety aware and conscious. They never put either themselves or my family in harm's way. They also cleaned up every scrap piece of material and nails from the old siding. They did this everyday and did a final big cleanup the day the project was completed. I would most certainly hire them again and would recommend them to anyone. This is a great company with great people! The owner does the footwork and is very personable. He and his wife even welcomed a new baby during my job, but he still took time to respond to my questions. He knows his product and how to work with insurance companies. His employees are professional and cordial. They are meticulous with their work and enjoyable to watch. They also know their stuff, there are some crazy corners on my house/garage and how they reached them was beyond me, but they got every nook and cranny completed just as if they were standing on the ground doing a simple straight put up. Great company, great workers. Hire them and you will not be disappointed!"

(HRN, LLC) began when I observed one of their roofers installing the flashing around a neighbor?s chimney during a roofing installation. It was one of the rare occasions that I had seen it done in a manner that would have been customary when the trades required their workers to be craftsmen. The roofer used techniques that were more labor intensive but certainly created a much better weather seal and substantially reduced the chances that the area around the chimney would ever be a leak problem for the homeowner. <br /> At that time my wife and I needed a roofer to replace the hail-damaged roofing on our garage and residence. As a result, I asked a neighbor about the company and in a matter of minutes I had representatives of the company, owner, Aaron Tango, and Supervisor, Michael Stutzman, at my door. Not only was I impressed with the friendly and courteous demeanor of the two gentlemen, but within minutes I had an estimate in my hands; an estimate that was thousands of dollars less than the estimate we had gotten for the same work from another reputable contractor. <br /> Michael Stutzman became the primary representative with whom we would deal regarding our project. There was never any pressure or attempts to get us to purchase a more expensive product. There was no attempt to scare us into buying a higher priced roofing system in order to receive a factory guarantee. It was like dealing with a good friend who was giving you honest advice based on their knowledge and actual experience. It was very refreshing, and it is my judgment today, that this is exactly what he was doing. We are very thankful that he was there to help us in this regard and consider the entire experience to have been a blessing. <br /> Michael brought to our attention hail damage to other parts of our home that the insurance adjuster had failed to recognize or denied. Once this was pointed out to the insurance company, they agreed with Michael?s evaluation and provided a supplemental check to cover those repairs as well. (It should be noted that the additional hail damage Michael pointed out was of no advantage to him or Tango & Gatti, Inc. (HRN, LLC) because it required work they typically did not do.) <br /> Dealing with Michael, Aaron and all of the craftsmen who worked on our home on their behalf, was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was extremely polite and considerate and the workers demonstrated a work ethic that harkens back to another time. Very impressive! <br /> Perhaps one of the most impressive aspects of this experience came when the roofers encountered a problem dealing with an issue pertaining to the existing roofing system that had not been anticipated. In response to this problem, Aaron Tango and Michael Stutzman came to our home and evaluated the issue and determined that the siding on our dormers would need to be completely replaced to resolve the problem. They had two craftsmen do the work, and the job they did was beautiful. This work was done at no additional cost to us, despite the fact that the work took all new materials and the better part of a day for the two men to complete. The house never looked better. The roof and dormers are beautiful. <br /> We have since had additional work done by Tango & Gatti, Inc. (HRN, LLC) with the same results, and plan to call them for any work we need done in the future. <br /> Great People!
