In order to remove it, we had to knock down two walls of this closet. Wilson, the owner of HHS, built us a new encasing featuring custom oversized French doors so that we could easily remove the water heater the next time we need a new one. This involved framing, drywall, and trim work - all of which was custom to our layout. Wilson took his time and did a thorough job. His work not only matched but was an upgrade. It made our entire basement look better. Most of all I appreciate the thought he put into making it useful for the future, so we wouldn't run into this same problem ten years from now.
