"Great customer service. Very friendly and thorough. Showed up right on time and did a great job."

"Rosy and her team from Castro cleaning were Exceptional!! My family member became sick and admitted to a nursing home. I needed her apartment cleaned ASAP to hand in the keys. It was in horrible condition. Rosy was very fast to reach out, quote the job and complete the cleaning very professionally. The price was very reasonable and the work was beyond expectations. The apartment looks so good! I will recommend them 100%"

"Vera and her crew came to do a deep clean for spring 2019. They were simply excellent. They did a wonderful job and were just great to work with. I will be calling them again for sure and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!"

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"Sjhe does a great job."
