"Before you put a deposit down for garage doors, make sure you are ready to wait over 6 months to call and find out they don't have them only to be told they are ready to be picked up. Then wait another 3 months to call and get the same story. Then call another week later and get told they are picking them up and will put in the next week. Then call them and find out they are ready to be picked up. They don't call you. You have to call them to find out whats going on. They have put us In a bind. They told us 120 days out. We are so far in that we can't go somewhere else because the price of doors have increased dramatically. We are seeking legal assistance at this point for either our doors to be installed or them to pay the difference in additional cost for having to use someone else plus attorney fees."
