"He was suppose to remove the shrubs from the Roots. He didn't answer he said that's not what they do but that's what I hired them for. He never completed the job but charged me full price. The shrubs came back an I had to hire someone to do the job over. Now 3 years later Angie is calling me to see if I want to resolve the complaint. I told them pay me $600 for the mess an re-do an I will resolve the complaint. So far I have heard nothing from the company, just like 3 years ago. Don't hire this company. They took my money an never finished the job. "

"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a landscaping company. They are disorganized and nobody in the office communicates with one another. I was scheduled for lawn cutting and they forgot to pull my information. I was told I would be on a Thursday and then they moved me to a Monday. It took 3 weeks before they came out to cut my lawn. I scheduled a spring clean up months before the date. At 5:30 in the evening they still had not come even though I had confirmed the date. I called again and was told a truck was coming. I cancelled it as it was getting too much with shadows and would be dark soon. The owner even gave me an attitude after I told him why I was cancelling his services. Get organized Jays!"
