"Arrived on time and ready to work. Checked out the flue from inside the house, cleaned it with brush and vacuum, cleaned up dust on the hearth, and then went up on the roof to inspect the system from outside. Talked to me about the condition of the firebox lining, which has a small crack but does not yet need to be replaced. Quoted me a figure for the lining's eventual replacement. Then he asked if I was interested in having my clothes dryer vent cleaned, and I was. So he went back on the roof and cleaned the vent with brush and vacuum. Also, I mentioned that the fireplace sometimes allowed smoke back into the room, and he showed me how to open and close the fresh-air vent."

"Diego was absolutely phenomenal. He checked my air ducts and determined that they did not need to have a deep cleaning. However, he did notice a small growth of mold in the furnace (luckily it hadn't spread), so he pumped a sanitizing agent throughout the vents to kill the mold and to sanitize the other vents throughout my house. He also cleaned my dryer vent (and even cut some of the vent hose as he stated that it was too long for proper flow). I'm very satisfied with the service and will reach out to Extreme Air Duct again if needed in the future!"

"They arrived within their 2 hour window and called to let me know they were on there way. They said they would give me a 30 minute heads up, but I only received a 15 minute heads up, but that was okay. They arrived and I showed them the two rooms that needed cleaning as well as the two rugs that needed cleaning. The two men felt they could get the stains out. They got right to work. The stains appear to have come out of the carpet. I was very pleased with the results. I added another service which they said would help the high traffic areas stay well kept. They cleaned the rugs and treated them for the pet stains as well. They were thorough and pleasant to work with. They told me to allow 8 hours for the carpet to dry. I will reinspect the carpet once they are dry. All in all, I was pleased with the service and their professionalism."

"I am missing most of my immune system and get very ill, very easily. I live here with my three dogs and cat and they had literally torn the place apart. The dogs got into the garbage daily, spread it everywhere, peed and pooed everywhere. The place was a veritable hazmat site what with dog feces and pee in the carpet and on the floor when they tore open trash bags. To top it all off I’m trying to do renovations to the house and had ordered new light fixtures for inside and out, plumbing and cabinet fixtures and hardware, and new things, like chairs, etc. They were all in boxes stacked almost to the ceiling. When I told them I was renovating, they said they could take care of that and get me some good, skilled workmen. Within 24 hours I was meeting people to see if they were a good fit to do the work. They got me bids, they unpacked my deliveries and put them in the appropriate place in the house, they organized my boxes of renovation materials and put them out of the way, they gave me my life back. I was able to come back home and have been here a few days. So I wanted to say some nice words about them. Would I hire them again? I’ve already done so and hired them permanently!
