"I payed for this "special deal"” price from Angie’s List on 11-30-13. The service was not done until 4-15-14. I did most of the contacting to schedule an appt. which was changed several times due to weather conditions. When I contacted the service again last week to schedule an appt. it was discussed then that there was a separate charge for screens to be cleaned which I agreed to have done as well as two terrariums. However, upon arrival I was told a window pane consisted of only the top or bottom of a window. This doubled the price of the service. Next time I will be sure to do more research on pricing as I’m not sure if I got a “special deal” or not. The work was done well and I am glad the windows are clean."

"My husband and I could not have imagined this project going any better with any other contractor. Roger and his team were attentive to what our requests and needs were. They cared about us as home owners and made strides to help us through this construction (we have 4 kids, so keeping our laundry up and running was essential to maintaining sanity in the household). Every step of the way, we felt secure that it was being done with quality and correctly. There was never a moment of question of whether or not something was being completed in the right way. As with any major construction project, there were unknowns we encountered along the way, but Roger was prepared and communicated everything clearly and quickly to us. They do excellent work and the clean-up was great too. Roof was done in two days. Highly recommend Ed."

"In 2015, Greene installed an egress window. I was very happy with their work and their company. In 2016, I got their bid to install new storm windows on my house. They also measured and gave me a bid to put new siding on my garage, even though I had only mentioned this in passing and I told them I was not ready to have that done for another year or two. After waiting several months, into the cold weather, without hearing anything about my storm windows, I inquired and got a short, curt email back saying the company was over booked and under staffed and they would not be able to install my storm windows, and that I should get a handyman. Needless to say, I am having to go through another window with my old, non-functioning storm windows."

He was the only one of several service magic contractors that personally evaluated my project, offered a reasonable estimate and followed up courteously, I found his associate that installed the skylight flashing to be very thorough and obviously an expert at roofing details. It has not been long enough to know if the solution worked. Only a season of winter will show that. However I am very confident that my problem skylight is repaired."
