He explained all the procedures of the construction in laymens terms and assured us that as homeowners we would most likely want to change our minds here and there and that he would work with us to the best of his ability. Jim was able to guide us through picking out materials for our new kitchen and answering some questions we had along the way. The crew members showed up on time , we're very courteous and reliable.
