First, the sales person who came to the house to give me a quote, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to go through the process and how they are different and how they are similar to other companies. Although they gave me the lowest quote, it was not by much but the difference was really in the customer service the company offered. The sales person showed me the materials that they worked with, and explained how they differed from other companies. I was really intrigued by the Atlas system and did a lot of research. After the contract was signed and I picked a color the roof was done about a month later. The team that did the roofing was exceptional. It was quite large, and everyone had their job to do. They were able to do my roof in one day because of the size of the team. They draped the house to prevent damage and really cleaned up before they left. If I had questions or concerns, they were answered immediately by the office staff. They had great customer service."
