Despite being a weekend and just a few days after the hurricane, they showed up early and actually fixed my issue then and there in less than 10 minutes. Didn't charge anything although I was willing to pay. Giving 5 stars due to great communication, friendly and considerate technician, and prompt service. Would do business again, especially since the first "pro" who called me 1 minute after I listed the project did a no-show after we set a mutually agreeable time for an appointment on the same day."
