"The Vitex team headed up by Jason Levin was in a word outstanding.  It was a collaborative effort with the builder and their knowledge of state of the art equipment and software was exceptional.  In a project the size of mine there are the inevitable hiccups however Vitex's ability to understand the issue, send the appropriate technician and modify or correct the issue exceeded my expectations.  Another important note, they were more than happy to work with customer supplied equipment as well as equipment they supplied. "Our back yard is on  a small hill...which made the construction of the project extra hard.  Jeff's crew  worked so hard.  To get the materials to the pond, they had to lay ply wood , screw it together securely, and then use a dolly to walk the rocks down to the patio area.  It would take 3 men; one guiding the dolly, and two holding onto a large rope and letting the rope out slowly. <br /> Jeff's crew began by tearing down the old pond.  Joe, Armondo, and Mike used the rocks to build  steps and patios winding down to the creek below the house.  All the rocks were cemented  to provide stability.  The rock work is beautiful!     Then they began digging the pond.  The dirt that they dug out was used to build flat areas for walking.  These ares were later covered with plants, ground cover, and  large accent rocks to match the pond..  <br /> Then, Jeff  designed the waterfall feature.  Art,  Joe, Mike, and Armondo laid the rock walls, the floor of the pond and cemented in the surrounding rock work. <br />   <br /> The entire project was amazing!   The water feature began to take life.  There are gurgling areas and longer falls with splashing sounds.  Jeff was so particular with the placement of each rock to maximize the beauty of the falls and the sound.   Lights were strategically placed to bring about a shimmering effect.  Plants were placed in the small areas around the pond  to bring color and interest.  We have enjoyed the water fall so much.  The beauty of it and the sound of the falls is amazing. <br /> I would like to add that the men were so courteous and worked so hard.  Joe was amazing at his ability to answer all of our questions about the plants.  He and Almondo were always the first ones to pick up a shovel or wheelbarrow.   Art was so knowledgeable about how to work with our watering system that we already had to make sure that all the plants would survive. When Jeff couldn't be on the site, Art and Joe took the responsibility in supervising the building of the pond.   Mike was friendly and easy to talk to .  He and Almondo and Joe created such perfect pathways and several small patios with rock seats.  Every part of the project was professionally and artistically done. <br />   I am so pleased that Willow Green Gardens tackled our project.  I have complete faith in them as landscapers and designers.  <br />"

"Electric by Miller professionally and quickly provided a detailed estimate (which came in as best price among 3 estimates recieved) for the following work performed: Trenched and backfilled ditch, eliminating existing underground dock electrical service. Pulled new wire in conduit from garage to dock walkway and throughout renovated boat dock. Installed new 8-circuit disconnect/breaker panel (with required signage). Installed GFCI recepticle with weather proof panel at pole light. Installed 3 vapor lights fixtures (one with motion sensor), light switch and 4 GFCI receptacles w/ in-use covers. They provided all required paperwork/plans to the GRDA (approving authority for all things dock related), to include inspections which eliminated all administrative burden on me. <br /> <br /> Only days prior to work biginning, I requested a change order for extending the dock service lines around future site of a pool and outdoor kitchen/bar and to lay in and stub up additional 220 and 110V services at this projected location. They accomodated this 11th hour request and quickly turned a reasonable (cost) change order to the original estimate and began work shortly after this request. <br /> <br /> Upon job completion, they went the extra mile(s) in retrieving operating manuals from their purchase source, scanning and e-mailing me the operating manuals for the light and motion detection systems so I had details on max bulb sizes, optimal settings, etc.--very helpful! <br /> <br /> The proprietor (Kathy Miller) personnally inspected the completed job and determined that the light fixture/motion sensor combination was not as good as it should be (safety wise) for lighting the walkway approach to the dock (at night). She ordered a change to a flood light from the vapor light fixture...at the company's expense. <br /> <br /> I'm VERY impressed and pleased with the work done, competitive pricing and overall customer service and care! <br /> <br /> Electric by Miller is my Electrical Contractor of choice...and in this area they should be yours too!"
