He was very careful about perfectly matching the shingles to the main house roof and matching the siding where it needed replacement. He also checked with me to be sure the shutters were the right shade of green and found a style I like better than the original! Throughout the process Lennie communicated closely with us and was very responsive to questions. We would definitely hire him again if we need to do other roofing or siding work on our property."

"I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my excellent experience with Lifetime Roofing. Kyle came in person, discussed the job (with an impressive overlay presentation of the GAF roofing materials), and helped work out a schedule. He was clean-cut, well-spoken, and very knowledgeable. Lifetime Roofing was able to accommodate our need for a prompt roofing date, and we had our house and garage roofing finished within two weeks of that first meeting. Kyle was quick to respond to all emails, and did everything he promised exactly as promised. We were never left hanging or wondering if the job would happen as planned. The roofing materials were delivered the day before. The dumpster was in place bright and early on the roofing day. The roofing crew arrived on time, and even though it was a brutally 90+-degree hot August day, they were able to strip the one layer of old roof and install the new roof on both house and garage all in one day. They were a terrific team (men AND women): very competent, respectful, and VERY hard-working. They had the whole job done before 6pm, including a very thorough clean-up. I was totally pleased with the whole project. The roof looks terrific. Our neighbors were impressed. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately. With any roofing job, I think you have to expect some stray nails and messy chaos during the process. But I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of the roofing crew. They had an efficient, clear system, and worked beautifully together. They left everything as tidy as reasonably possible. "We hired Dmitry and his company Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod last summer 2023 for a fairly large house renovation project including roof, siding, all windows replacement including architectural remodeling, and high-end deck rebuilding. We found Dmitry’s company via CertainTeed suggested as certified roof installers, as we wanted to install high-end CertainTeed's Grand Manor shingles with multiple skylights and all copper valleys, drip edge and gutters. We also decided to install James Hardy siding which requires certification for correct installation. Dmitry provided very detailed quote, after several meeting with us (6 times), until we discussed every detail including what type of nail will be used to install siding, or copper parts on the roof. I’m not easy person to work as I get to every nuance such as metal incompatibility I.e. copper and aluminum etc. Before I hired Dmitry, I met with 7 different contractors, to discuss the details of the project, architectural redesign, building new 5 levels IPE deck with modern stainless steel handrails, rebuilding new bow huge triple panel windows and transom Marvin windows including lvl support and all copper work. Out of 6 contractors, four didn’t understand the level and details I was asking for my project. Another contractor quoted me for the price equivalent to build a new house, however only Dmitry understood what I really requesting to every detail, he was transparent and honest, and no one couldn’t get close to his quoted price. We signed an agreement and Dmitry started the project. Around 3-5 crews worked simultaneously for 4 months, very very skilled and professional people working with Dmitry for very long time coming every morning at 8am. Dmitry was tolerant and followed my new requests and additions which appeared during the project. I really cannot find anything negative I experienced during the renovation. "There was not one thing that I can provide a negative comment on. It was a 5 out of 5 star performance. We were given the addresses of houses that were done by the contractor that had the colors we were interested in. So we did our home work. WE were initially going to install the Certain Teed siding but for a number of reason we paid the extra  and when with the shingles. It was money well spent. <br />"

"We could not be happier and highly recommend Paul J Cazeault & Sons in Osterville. Seamus Cazeault did a quick turn time on the estimate, which was reasonably priced considering the extent of the work, including interior frame reinforcements, removing four layers of shingles, new sheathing, new plyboard, various repairs to fix the roof that had leaked for decades and repairs to the spire. We got regular updates on when the work would start. The two on-site roofers, Sean and Danny “the new guy” were artists as they cut trapezoids and triangular pieces to form a new dome over the rotted base, and then cut each strip of shingles to take the curves properly. They cared about doing a good job and were a joy to watch. They arrived early and cleaned up at the end of each day during the month-long project. This is a professional outfit."
