They encountered an unusual problem with roots from a nearby shrub encroaching into downspout, which took considerable extra time and effort to remove before the downspout could be cleaned. They never complained, but went about their work with a kind demeanor. I am not able to do much physically around my house anymore and I had been quite stressed with how my house had begun to look. The All Pro Cleaning crew power washed the house, driveway, and patio and cleaned and washed the gutters. Now it practically looks as it did when I moved in 13 years ago.
