He stayed in touch with us throughout the project to keep us updated on next steps. The crews were polite and arrived on time. Work was finished relatively quickly - we did have a few delays due to a minor misunderstanding. However, Paul, the owner, did a great job keeping us updated on the delay and communicating next steps. Our needs and concerns were heard, taken seriously, and responded to quickly. Ultimately, although the job took a little longer than expected, I am very pleased with the work done by Westshore and their dedication to communication and customer satisfaction."

"I originally needed to get my roof redone as part of a solar installation project, and the solar company referred me to Cosmic Roofing as their preferred partner. Due to the unusual roof slope on my house, several other companies had turned me down for this project. Cosmic sent me David A. to go over the initial conversation of the project. We talked about work streams, dates, expectations, areas of concern, and of course the price. He showed me sample tiles, colors, materials, and explained some items that I hadn't taken into account, such as adding new vents to pass the permit process. I felt like David really understood what needed to be done and how he would tackle it. That was why I felt comfortable signing a work order right away. The tiles were delivered within days, which I was pleasantly surprised at. The roof installers came the next day, and did their job efficiently. Permits were reviewed the same week, and I officially had a new roof in less than a month's time. It's commendable how efficient this company is. My house is now noticeably cooler on sunny days because David recommended the white roof tiles. Of course, the fast speed made it easy for the solar company to do their installation too. We're very happy to have worked with Cosmic Renovation and Roofing. It wasn't until I spoke with David that I found out they also do solar installations. I might've had them make a bid for the solar work as well, but since I had already decided on someone else, it wasn't in the cards. Anyways, if you're looking to add solar to your roof, give Cosmic a call for a quote."

"RECO Roofing did an excellent job patching up a leak on our roof. After a thorough inspection, they also recommended replacing a few other vents, which made sense and was much appreciated. While we haven’t had heavy wind or rain yet to fully test the repairs, I’m confident in the quality of their work—and it’s reassuring that they back it up with a guarantee. A bonus: during the service, they even took the initiative to clean out an insect nest in one of the vents they didn’t replace. That attention to detail really stood out. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. They were very responsive to all our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. Pricing wasn’t the cheapest, but it was competitive and, more importantly, very transparent. "We used Tony as his estimate for doing this work was 1/2 of that of another plumber we called. He removed the old flange and installed a new one and worked with my dad to get the toilet reset. Tony was very helpful and did great work."

"They were good, they cleaned up every day at the end of the day. The roof is in good shape and the gutter work beautifully in recent rains."

"Reasonable price. Completed job as scheduled and within budget. Quality material and workmanship. New wood was coated with primer. The only glitch is the gutter. 2 of the end caps were unsealed. ( I used metal caulking to seal the seams). A week late, I find a section of gutters that trapped one inch rain water. It was corrected without charge after a few calls."

"Overall, I was pleased with the service provided and the quality of work. After the re-roofing was completed, we did have a leak near one of our skylights, which we didn't have before the re-roofing. However, Steve was quick to respond to this problem. He explained what caused the problem and implemented a fix. This problem and another minor problem prevented me from giving an and quot;excellentand quot; rating. <br /> Steve was very good at answering our questions prior to winning the contract with us. "After the last rain storm came through, we discovered our roof was leaking. I called several roofers on Angie's list that did repairs and luckily for us, Yorkshire Roofing had an opening the next day. <br /> Jesus arrived on time and after looking at the water soaked wood in our attic, went right to work on the roof! Jesus was able to quickly spot a small hole in our roof, along side the metal valley. He pulled up the shingles in the area to show me where water had infiltrated from the hole, under the valley, where it penetrated into the attic. Jesus also showed me how this area had been previously repaired, but whomever did the past repair, did a very poor job. The roofing felt, that should have been under the valley and shingles was missing. Jesus replaced the missing felt, installed the replacement shingles and sealed the entire area up good as new! <br /> Today we checked the attic and can see that the area is finally drying out. Jesus and Yorkshire Roofing were awesome! <br />"
