"Ethan responded to my inquiry, immediately, within 15 minutes. He was able to stop by in about 15 to twenty minutes from our initial conversation. He assessed the problem (broken pipe) which was causing a large puddle, gave us an estimate repair cost and began the work. Within a few minutes , he knocked on the door and reported the parts needed, increased the bid nominally to cover additional part costs due to angle of the pipe and completed all within 45 minutes. Great guy, great work ethic and we were so happy we asked him back for further work on our irrigation set up. Definitely give him a call, you won't be sorry!"

"I have never experienced the level of dedication, skill and determination for a satisfactory outcome as with Andrew during an arduous, challenging, defective outdoor sensor fitting for my garden lights. He left no stone unturned, was pleasant, determined and proactive during the entire several hour duration of a challenging exerciseâ On a sweltering hot day! A genuine asset to his trade! One of the most impressive, sincere, dedicated and skilled tradesmen I have ever had the pleasure of encountering during my 50 years of being a home owner!!! What an asset Andrew is to Mr Sparky!!! Without a doubt, a serious asset to the business. Thank You! â ï¸"

"Our project started with a quote to grade our driveway and courtyard turn-around, but it ended up being such more. As new homeowners of a 15 yr old home, we had much to do to upgrade our outdoor areas. Little did we know the vast experience and knowledge that Cisco possessed. In a short and efficient period of time, we collaborated with Cisco, who, through him and his exceptional teams, created an outdoor space far beyond our expectations. He completed the demolition of a metal fence and concrete stair walkway and installed an expansive private stucco wall, extended the existing paver patio, and added a 30' x 12' putting green. In addition, he designed and installed a professional landscape lighting system. He and his team arrived on time every day, worked very hard, stayed on budget, and completed the job in less than 90 days from contract signing to completion. Truly remarkable!! Next will be the grading project. 5-Stars all the way!!"

"

The work schedule and completion of the job was timely.

The basis for the F on professionalism was Jeremiah's refusal to taken responsibility for minor damage to one of my carriage yard lights. The carriage light pole that is hard metal was cut severing the electrical connection to the light. Jeremiah refused to take responsibility for this and indicated that initially indicated that he would charge me for rewiring this light.

Refusing to accept responsibility for installing a new carriage light, which I have already purchased, has led to me giving this company an F on professionalism.

This is a sad commentary on a company that did an excellent job but insisted on doing battle on meeting their commitment to repair any damage that they caused.

Too bad since I was considering having this company do additional work on upgrading my back yard.

"Everything was handled excellently start to finish. I would highly recommend Chip Off the Old Block for tree removal and trimming services."

"Very expensive for the work performed. 20 minutes to remove, repair loose and frayed wire, and replace outdoor garage light. Maybe, in reality, a $50-$75 dollar job. They charged $190 just to come troubleshoot. Get a price BEFORE they touch the work. The work was top notch though. I just thought they were too expensive."
