"went through Angi for a refridgerator repair for back leaking water and ice maker did not working.Kenneth was the first one to call me, so I went with him. He came out and open the back lower cover clean it and said now everything will be ok just wait 24 hrs the ice maker will start making ice, paid him $140.00. Until next day nothing happened, l call him back he came and said it need a new pipe line from the filter and after changed it I paid him $100.00 same thing I waited until the next day nothing happened, I called him again he came and said need to change the valve in the back, paid him $80.00 that day which was April 4th. Now the water dispenser works and ice maker said 24 hrs to start dropping ice until next day no ice, I called him he came back the next day and said the ice maker need to be changed for $220.00 I said never mind I don’t need ice. yesterday the water dripping again he said he will and check but he didn’t show up and didn’t answer the phone and I left for him a voice message on his phone number 980-577-8943. I was so frustrated and I don’t recommend this person to do any work for anyone. I am giving the worst rating I can and will not use the service again. Mirghani Mohamed"

"I don't recommend this company at all. They call themselves professional installers and have quality products. They installed Mohawk Ultrawood floor at our home saying that it is a premium grade product and does not make any noise/sound even being a floating floor. I chose their product after getting their assurance about the feel and the noise but after it is installed it makes a hollow sound when we walk on the floor. After installation, they mentioned it does make a sound when we walk since it is a floating floor. They hid the facts and lied to me to sell their product. Their work is also not professional. I have to call them multiple times after the installation is done for repairs. They left gaps in multiple places and damaged walls while laying the floor. On top of that, they have filed a lien on my property since I was holding their payment while negotiating the quality of the wood and the installation issues. Even though I told them I was ready to pay the remaining balance amount and requested them to address the floor noise issues, instead of fixing the issues they fielded the lien on my property and forced me to make the payment without addressing the issues that had resulted due to their product/installation defects. I got staircase replaced with oak wood and that job was also not done as promised. It makes a cracky sound when we step on the stairs. I made the complaint about the noise and the response from the installer is that our steps were not installed properly by the builder. They find all possible reasons to prove your existing floor/stairs are bad. There was a broken step under the carpet earlier and installer installed the new stair tread on top of it just like that and did not even bring that to our notice. The frame underneath the oak tread made the oak tread sink and to fix that issue again we had to pay to the flooring company. The stain that we got on the stair tread is also not done professional way. We did choose almost close matching with the floor (Hickory wood) but the polishing guy hired by this company could not get it exactly what we chose. The company declined to correct that issue too. There are multiple issues with their products, service and installation. I spent $23,000 for the project hoping I would have peace of mind after the installation but since the day after installation everyday morning when I stepped on the floor, I felt like I should have not gotten this new floor at all. My old floor was 2000 times better than this new one. I don't recommend this company and I have already circulated my feedback in my community where I live and in my neighborhood and with friends and family. I strongly DON'T recommend this company. They promise several things and speak sweet words until they get your contract signed. Once you sign the contract, their tone changes. This is based on my real experience and if anyone wants to see their work in real, you can visit our place to verify their work, if you wish to."

"Terrible to work with.Took much longer to build than was quoted. Concrete inspection failed twice. As a result the floor is not level and is out of square. Framing inspection failed. To save costs, we said we would stain the wood. We thought all of the wood was provided which we stained. Then more wood was brought in which they installed without first letting us stain it. We had to stain the main beam once it was installed because of their poor communication. Framers removed the attaching house roof & left it uncovered. It rained that night and we had rain in our kitchen and living room. Ceiling & walls had to be redone. Painter they hired was a poor communicator. Never came when he said he would. When he did come, he managed to paint our kitchen curtains and painted shut one of the ceiling kitchen vents. Left his equipment for days in our porch area, kept saying he would be by to pick it up. The only time Fred came by was to pick up payments, never checked the quality of work done by his employees. We could go on, but there was not much good to report about this contractor. Stay away from!"

"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY CAME AND DID A REPAIR TO OUR WASHER AND IT STILL MAKES THE SAME NOISE AND CHARGED US FOR A MAINTENANCE ON DISHWASHER AND ONLY RAN AN AFFRESH TABLET THORUHG IT AND CHARGED US $120 TO DO IT. When I got the receipt it was all bundled together in one price of $320. I requested an itemized breakdown of the seperate jobs is when I found out he charged $120 for the Affresh. Now will not come back out to look at Washer!"

"Marshall was out before and replaced a water pressure sensor. The outside spigot started making a noise when turned on. He responded quickly and answered all our questions concerning the noise from the outside water spigot. He was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his service."

Super nice guy, put me in touch with his receptionist. I think her name was Suavay (sorry if I spelled it wrong). She was very friendly, listened to all my needs and assured me I was in great hands- incredible personality even helped me laugh through the stress! Shay, the technician, another amazing one on their team, was very knowledgeable and professional-got my hot water heater installed and back running in minimal time!
