If you have standard Plumbing, electrical, appliance, video installation you always know exactly what it's going to cost. You will never hear that Joe down the street had the same work done for $100 less because he paid the same reasonable flat rate. There have been many other that have popped up since 2015 copying my flat rate model but nobody does it with the quality & pricing that I offer.
