He makes sure the job is done well and persevered through a really challenging sod installation this summer that included drought and then an abundance of rain. "Contractor described in detail what was to be cut or trimmed. The pecan tree had numerous limbs that needed trimming due to illness. There were three limbs that were already broken needing only to be slightly cut to fall completely. The contractor described the different limbs that were dying and needed to be trimmed and shaped,symetrically. I was left assured the dead limbs would be trimmed back and the tree left in a symetrical shape. I was not called to inform me that they were at my home. I had to leave an appointment and drive to my home. Again I went over exactly what the contractor was to do in detail. Due to the other appointment I paid the contractor and left. Since the contractor and I had reviewed the work to be done twice, I felt comfortable paying him."

"They took down the back fence with care, got the 3 trees down (like 50+ft each) and the 4th trimmed, they cleaned everything up and were very professional and helpful. 2 guys came back the next day to put the back fence back up for us because a support post got taken out to give them access to the trees. They bought some concrete and a new 4x4 and screws to put the fence back in correctly. They were very sweet and helpful, bunch of very talented teddy bears. Would absolutely recommend and hire them again."
