"I am beyond pleased. First, anytime I called, they answered the phone, answered my questions and gave me time lines on what would take place. This was Aaron who coordinated from the office. Dave, the owner came out on time and was very professional. He promised a quote by end of day, and that was done. His quote was very fair. We went with Pinellas Generator and Electric (PGE). The work was scheduled and they showed up. Every day on time!! The job took a bit longer than expected due to age of condo. Additional time and resources had to happen. Dave did not adjust the cost, he gave a quote and he stuck by it. Jason and Hunter were extremely professional, and cleaned up after their work every day. They covered furniture and moved household items as needed. They explained what they were going to do every day, and went over completed items at the end of the day. I would give PGE 10 stars on being prompt, professional, honest and responsive. I will absolutely use them again."

"The outlet that was installed behind the flat screen tv was accidentally (without my knowledge or request) connected to a light switch. This error was not discovered immediately and only after extended periods of cable and television issues did I learn about it. Meanwhile the accent lights were connected to the same switch as all of the existing adjacent ceiling lights (although the electrician and I specifically discussed the need to be able to control them separately for the purpose of "accentuating" the art without the spotlights being diffused by the existing ceiling lights. In my rush to leave town for a scheduled trip, I didn't double check the work but when I returned, I contacted the company and explained the problems. The original electrician was no longer employed by Bolt but multiple others came to my home, acknowledged the issues and agreed to make them "right". I was also told there would be no additional charge to fix these errors. They couldn't figure out how to properly disconnect the light switch from the tv so I agreed they could tie off the wires behind switch plate and essentially make a "dummy switch". With the tv issue "fixed the best they could" and with the commitment made to now fix the accent light problem, I moved forward with the installation of the fans and was rightfully charged a fair amount for this "incremental" work. But once I paid for the fan installation I was told that the accent light issue would not be corrected... unless I paid additional money and the once-friendly work team just walked away. They told me the owner would call but he didn't. I left multiple messages and finally was told that the owner (Patrick) was aware of my issue but had stated that I received accent lights according to their documents and he would not be calling me back. The company denied that I had any conversation about separate switches for the accent lights (even though its own electricians agreed the work was done improperly) and pretty much told me to pound sand. It would have been nice (not to mention appropriate) for the owner to at least return my call. I won't do business with Bolt again."

"I had severe electrical issues and i wasn't even aware of it. A breaker wouldn't reset so called an electrician. The tech was out same day and diagnosed my problem right away. He was professional and understanding as he walk me through his findings. Although i was not expecting to need so much work done I'm grateful I call Performance. They gave me affordable payment options and performed the work that day. I never new how bad my service was until it was fixed. Now everything works better and my lights are even brighter. Go figure! "I contacted Small Jobs Electric to hang six ceiling fans and two outdoor lights. Scheduling was easy. The office staff is attentive and really easy to talk to. I scheduled the work and the job required two electricians. Luis and Antonio were a pleasure to work with. They showed up exactly on time and got right to work. I have an electrical background and these gentlemen are obviously well trained and very well educated in their craft. That is an excellent reflection on not only Luis and Antonio, but your entire organization. The fans look great the lights look great. I am very happy I did this project.
